My Training

While Chefsperiment is a product of my passion for eating healthy and quality meals, its rewards are much more than good taste, saved time, and nutrients. Learning to chefsperiment means empowering yourself to become self-reliant with what is available to you. You become RESOURCEFUL and ACCOUNTABLE for your health since you're in control of what is your pan and on your plate. You push yourself out of your comfort zone as you innovate. And the satisfaction from all of that, especially when you take in your creation? Priceless.

Through my chefsperiment consultations, you harness these skills and satisfaction to find that not only your physical health, but your overall Well-being will improve.  We will talk about things beyond food and chefsperiments, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as LOVE and RELATIONSHIPSCAREER and MONEY, and STRESS MANAGEMENT and SELF-CARE. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life with lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
